First of all, you need a good shaper. I have developed a close partnership with Pierre Bracar over the last decade. Depending on my requirements (conditions, volume…) he knows exactly what I expect from his boards.

At the very beginning, Pierre set up his workshop in Marseille. Then he was one of the pioneers in Carro. Sun-7 boards were the French standard as far as wave riding was concerned.

Regardless of business prospects, Pierre is more of an artist.
He decided to move in order to protect his passion for sailing. First Menorca, then Fuerteventura.

The Sun-7 workshop is now set in Cotillo, one of the strongest beach break I have ever seen. Having to collect my boards over there does not bother me at all !!
